ClampControl for Electronic Force Measurement
ClampControl are well known as simple, reliable and accurate force gauges for measuring the tightening force in your machine spindle, the clamping force of your jaw chuck or other power operated elements around your machine tool. Many renowned machine tool manufacturers already use ClampControl in assembly and service.
CLAMPCONTROL TIGHTENING POWER METER
During machine maintenance, the tightening force of the tool clamp is often not measured. A regular check allows you to identify emerging problems due to broken disc springs or changed tightening path early, so that problems during processing can be avoided and maintenance work can be planned in good time. This can significantly reduce the number and probability of unexpected machine downtime and increase productivity. ClampControl tightening force measuring sensors are available on request in all our mentioned interfaces as well as other special versions.
CLAMPCONTROL FOR ZERO POINT VOLTAGE
Workpiece pallets are today often clamped on so-called zero-point clamps on the machine table. Here, the correct clamping force of the clamping elements is a critical size and essential for the function of the entire system. ClampControl has sensors for different clamping system manufacturers.
CLAMPCONTROL FOR JAW CHUCK
The ClampControl for jaw chuck is designed to quickly and accurately measure the clamping force and speed of jaws. Since the clamping force depends considerably on the respective speed, the wireless ClampControl measures in the dynamic state, ie during the rotation.
CLAMP CONTROL FOR TOOL HOLDERS
When clamping cylinder shafts, the respective clamping force is decisive for the achievable torque. ClampControl sensors quickly and reliably measure the clamping force in collets, hydraulic chucks, power chucks and so on.
